How to Sync the Company Portal

Syncing allows your device to connect with Intune to get the latest updates, requirements, and communications from your organization. Company Portal regularly syncs your devices if you have an internet connection. However, if you ever need to disconnect for an extended period, you can manually sync to get any updates you missed when you return.

1. Find Company Portal by clicking on Start and look for the app.

2. Once the app is open, click on Settings.

3. Click on Sync and wait until you get a “Successful” message.
