How to change to Dark Mode?
- Select Start >Settings .
- Select Personalization >Colors.
- Under Choose your color, select Dark
One tool that can help with eye strain is to turn on dark mode for your computer. 83% of users said they preferred dark mode. Most of those users said they used it because it helped reduce eye strain and prevent headaches while looking at a screen. Setting dark mode is a system wide change that will tell your apps that you want to use dark mode. It is up to the software creator to add dark mode, so it might not be available for all your apps, but all Microsoft apps have it built in by default.
