How do I install Right Networks on my computer?
The Right Networks Setup Wizard is available for Windows PC and Mac and allows you to easily walk through a complete system setup in minutes.
Before using the Setup Wizard, please have the following information handy:
- Right Networks Login ID
- Right Networks Password
- Apple ID and Password (MAC Only)

There are currently two methods to unlock a Right Networks account:
1. Reset your Right Networks password

Microsoft Office 365
How do I install the Office applications on my computer?
Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook) can be accessed online or via the desktop clients.
To access Office Online:
1. In your preferred web browser, navigate to https://portal.office.com
2. Select from the appropriate Office application icon at the top to open it.
To access Office on your desktop:
1. In your preferred web browser, navigate to https://portal.office.com
2. Click Install Office, then click Office 365 apps
3. Open the downloaded Office Setup tool to install Office. You will be notified when the installation is complete.
Where do I access my email on the web?
You can access Outlook Online at https://outlook.office.com
How do I access Skype or Business remotely?
The Skype for Business app can be set up on your PC, Mac, or mobile device.
To use Skype for Business on your PC or Mac:
1. In your preferred web browser, https://portal.office.com/account
2. In the first box, click View apps & devices
3. Click Install Skype, open the downloaded setup file, and follow the instructions on screen to complete the installation
To use Skype for Business on your mobile device:
Download the Skype for Business app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or click the appropriate link below on your mobile device.

How do I access Dropbox remotely?
Dropbox can be accessed via the web portal or through the desktop client on Windows devices. You can find more information about accessing and using Dropbox at the link below:

My documents won't open! Help!
Typically, errors related to opening documents in the Dropbox folder on your computer are caused by the Dropbox sync client not running on your computer. To start check the following:
1. Open your Start Menu (or Launchpad on Mac) and find the Dropbox client in the application list.
2. Click the Dropbox client application to open it.
3. If prompted, sign in to Dropbox and wait for the client to sync any changes.
You can verify the Dropbox sync client is open by looking for the icon below in your Windows Taskbar or macOS Menu Bar.
If the above method does not resolve the issue, contact GrowthForce IT for support.
LastPass
How do I access LastPass remotely?
LastPass can be accessed via the web at https://www.lastpass.com
How do I turn on LastPass auto-fill in my browser?
To enable auto-fill you must have the LastPass extension installed in your preferred browser and signed in. Download the LastPass extension for your browser from the links below.
LastPass will not let me log in! Help!
Access to LastPass may be dependent on verification when accessing it from a new device. If you receive a message after attempting to login that says an email verification message was sent to you, check your GrowthForce email and follow the link provided in the message.
