“Your credentials did not work” or “The specified username does not exist.”
There are several possible causes for this error. Start by right-clicking on your Right Networks icon and selecting 'Edit.' Take note of the username listed. Double-check that your username and password are correct. If you are unsure of what your password is, you may need to reset it. If you know everything is correct and need to change the saved username and password, follow the short instructions below:
1. Start by double-clicking on the Right Networks icon to launch it.
2. Click 'Connect.'
3. You will be asked to provide your password. Click the 'More choices' option.
4. Click 'Use a different account.' Then, type in your new account information
Note: Recall the username that was listed when you clicked 'Edit' on the Right Networks icon. If the username listed was not an email address, you must have 'rightnetworks\' in front of your updated username.
